Players who provide false date of birth information will have their accounts permanently suspended and all balances, including any winnings, will be forfeited.

Each individual player may hold only one (1) palago Account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your palago Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. palago will never request your password or OTP through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any transaction or activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified palago in writing of unauthorized access.
You must notify palago immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised. palago recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. palago shall bear no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
You warrant that all information provided to palago during registration and throughout your use of the platform is true, accurate, and up to date. You are obligated to promptly update your Account information in the event of any change to your registered details. palago reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to verify continued accuracy of your Account information.
All transactions on the palago platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). palago accepts deposits through the following payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
palago does not accept deposits from sources that are not registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
palago does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may impose its own transaction fees, for which palago bears no responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are published on the palago Cashier page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Deposits made to palago are for gaming purposes only. By depositing, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are not derived from illegal activities and that you are depositing for legitimate personal entertainment use, consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.
All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of palago's KYC verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed until the Account holder has submitted and received approval for valid Philippine government-issued identification. Accepted identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID, passport, driver's license (LTFRB), SSS ID, UMID, PRC ID, and PhilPost postal ID.

All games offered on the palago platform operate under rules published within each respective game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to review and understand the rules applicable to any game before placing a wager. Once a wager has been confirmed and the game round has commenced, it cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled.

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the palago platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the palago platform without palago's prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, palago's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, the palago platform, or any game played thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
palago shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the palago platform, regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is claimed and regardless of whether palago has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
palago does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects, and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or government-ordered service restrictions.
palago reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if palago has reasonable grounds to believe that:
In the event of Account closure for reasons other than a breach by the Account holder, palago will return any verified Account balance to the Player's last confirmed withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Balances arising from proven breaches of these Terms may be forfeited in full.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their palago Account may do so at any time by contacting palago support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, and any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, applicable PAGCOR regulations, and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the palago platform shall be subject to the following resolution process:
palago reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players by email to their registered address and/or by a notice posted prominently on the palago platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the palago platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the palago platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
